Ten years at the heart of Chile's environmental system — as regulator, as judicial advisor to the Environmental Court, and now, at your service.
Marguerite de Trenqualye is a lawyer with an exceptional track record in Chilean environmental law. Her experience spans all three levels of the system: as a regulator in the public sector, as a judicial advisor (relatora) to the Environmental Court, and as litigation counsel before the Supreme Court and Courts of Appeal.
This unique vantage point — having sat on the other side of the bench — allows her to anticipate arguments, understand how courts reason, and build more effective litigation strategies for her clients.
A lecturer at Universidad de Chile, she combines academic rigor with hands-on experience before the country's Environmental Courts.
Andes Environmental Law was born from that experience: a boutique firm, agile and personalized, built to international standards — designed for clients who need results, not red tape.
